This is for online consumer sales only. For returning goods bought in our retail warehouse please ask in store or call the parts department.
In accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online, unwanted products can be returned so long as you let Beddoes Ltd know you want to return them within 7 calendar days from the day after delivery. They must include all original packaging, be in ‘as new’ condition and must not have been used, installed or had other material contamination. If the returned goods affect any promotional discount or offer then this will be adjusted in your refund. We may make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling them.
To return goods please obtain an RMA number from the parts department. You must enclose the RMA with your return for us to refund it. You must return the goods to us within 7 days of telling us you no longer want them. The return is at your cost, and you need to make sure the goods are properly packaged, and sent with a reputable courier, as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods that are damaged in transit before they reach us. You may wish to insure more expensive items. Once we have received the goods back from you, we will give you a refund for the cost of the goods plus the outward delivery charge paid (except for the additional costs arising if you selected a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). If your order was eligible for free delivery, then no refund for delivery charge can be applied, once the goods are returned to Beddoes Ltd we can issue a refund.
You can also cancel the goods ordered, before they are dispatched, and a refund will be given.
Items faulty on arrival.
Beddoes Ltd know from time to time faulty products occur. We wish to resolve this problem as quickly as possible for you. You have the option of an exchange or refund. If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 10 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault (please note that for our business customers, this is 7 calendar days). Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Can you take a photo of the fault and send it and your details to the email address listed on this website, you should also phone our parts department to arrange collection of the faulty goods, once the goods are returned to Beddoes Ltd we can send out an exchange product(s) or issue a refund.
Damage in Transit
If any goods were damaged in transit or if the goods are visibly damaged on receipt, please refuse the delivery and call Beddoes Ltd parts department or sign that the goods are damaged in transit, and report it to us within 1 working day, if you also take a photo and email to us this would be helpful. Goods should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
Item Missing or Incorrect Item
If there is a product(s) missing from your order or the wrong product has been sent, then please contact Beddoes Ltd parts department as soon as possible, no more than three days after delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
